Rosebank Homes has a deep connection and respect for the East Coast—named originally for our family’s former Rosebank estate off Jubilee Rd, we believe in building homes that celebrate the wildness of Nova Scotia’s natural beauty. 

Our respect for this place means we build thoughtfully, in a way that respects the land and prioritizes quality, craft and intentional design. We bring 30 years of construction and building experience to every project, creating homes that are unique—never cookie-cutter—and know that even new homes can truly belong where they’re built, working with the land and culture around it.
